Shipping & Tracking

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We do notship on weekends or holidays. During peak times, shippingmay be slightly delayed — if that happens, we’ll notify you viaemail or phone.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your location and selected shipping method.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?

Yes. We ship to U.S. addresses, including P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO locations, and U.S. Territories.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking info usually updates within 24 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes . Any taxes or fees applied after shipping (including customs duties) are the customer’s responsibility.

What if my order arrives damaged or gets lost?

While we take care in packing, we are not liable for items damaged or lost in transit. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging and damaged items for your claim

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.

Why was my card charged but I didn’t get a confirmation?

Do you store my credit card info?

No. All transactions are securely processed by our third-party payment provider. DIALLO does not store or access full payment information.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you encounter an issue with your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery.

How do I report a problem with my order?

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.
